Our Experience

Heather Hall is an accomplished C-level finance leader with over 20 years of experience across financial services, SaaS, and multiple tech-enabled sectors, spanning public companies, private enterprises, and startups.

She excels at building scalable financial infrastructure, aligning strategy with business goals, and leading high-impact, cross-functional teams through every stage of growth—from inception to exit. Her expertise encompasses data-driven decision-making, performance optimization, and strategic planning.

Before founding Sapphire CFO Solutions, Heather was the CFO of AECIQ, a high-growth HRtech firm in the AEC space, and was instrumental in facilitating a successful exit to a strategic buyer. Previously, she served as Managing Director and CAO at InspereX Technologies, formed through the merger of Incapital and 280 CapMarkets—a fintech startup she co-founded and led as CFO and Head of HR, pioneering transparency in the bond market through data and technology.

Earlier in her career, she held senior finance roles at PwC, UBS, Franklin Templeton, and WHV Investments. She currently serves on the boards of Third Economy, a leading ESG consulting firm, and its related company, VIA³, a sustainability-focused fintech startup.

Heather is a licensed CPA (California), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), and a FINRA-licensed Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27). She holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Princeton University and an M.Sc. in Accountancy from San Diego State University.
